    • Quid pro quo situations
  • Reordered course structure - The course now begins with hostile work environment, the most common form of sexual harassment, before addressing quid pro quo which improves relevance, especially for repeat learners.
  • Modular flexibility - All class sections are now modular and configurable by the client at time of delivery, so instead of different versions of courses, the client can select which modules they want and configure their course. For example, organizations can select the correct modules for California and Connecticut, including third-party harassment content and manager content if needed or they can configure the course without any of these modules if they don’t need them.
  • Expanded coverage and specialization
